Program Overview

This year’s program brings together airport and industry leaders to discuss current challenges being faced by airports nationwide, and the role of alternative project delivery methods in this time. The two day program will help you understand how different delivery models are being employed, and best practices for planning and procuring successful initiatives.  

Discover new projects, partners, and pathways forward. The agenda covers recent market transactions; looks at common critical airport infrastructure obstacles; and explores how innovations in project delivery, procurement, life-cycle asset management, and technology are being used to solve them.

The Summit agenda examines facility types and deal structures recently executed for new and expanded airports. This year’s two day program explores new trends and approaches to procurement, project delivery, finance, operations, and life-cycle efficiencies impacting airports of all sizes.

Project Delivery Workshops

Alternative project delivery models may be a combination of design, construction, financing, O&M, and more. Over two dozen panel sessions we discuss the key issues that owners must consider when conducting a project procurement.

Market Soundings and Roundtables

Interactive conversations on critical project delivery topics and project feasibility.  Roundtable conversations are meant to be informal, candid exchanges where participants can ask their questions and concerns, share project details, experiences, and network.

Project Showcase Sessions

Providers discuss their system’s approach to project selection and development.  Presenters will share how they assess project feasibility, risk, and financing; review partner qualifications, and develop long-range facility plans.

Best Practices Sessions
