What are the dates and times of the conference?
Summit dates are Monday, May 8 – Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The conference will begin on Thursday at 8:00 AM PST and continue to 4:30 pm PST on Friday.
What does my registration fee include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:
– Monday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.
– Tuesday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is April 1, 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Sarah Zinn at szinn@accessintel.com prior to April 1, 2023.
Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
The beautiful Manchester Grand Hyatt is our hotel headquarters. A block of rooms are being held at a special rate of $289. Reservations must be made before April 17, 2023 or before the block is sold to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after April 17, 2023 can only be honored on a space and rate available basis.
