What are the dates and times of the summit?
Summit dates are Tuesday, June 25 – Wednesday June 26, 2024. The summit will begin on Tuesday at 8:00 AM PST and continue to 4:00 pm PST on Wednesday.

We’re always interested in learning about your project delivery experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form.

Do you have a guest fee?
If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.

Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
We do offer group discounts. Please contact Melissa Randolph at mrandolph@accessintel.com for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is May 24, 2024. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Melissa Randolph at mrandolph@accessintel.com prior to May 24, 2024.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
The beautiful Omni San Diego is our hotel headquarters. A block of rooms are being held at a special rate of $289. Reservations can only be honored on a space and rate available basis. The hotel is sold out outside of the block.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
